Klaus Gerken

was born in Germany and lives in Ottawa, Canada.  He is a poet, artist, photographer, singer /songwriter, and is the founder and editor of Ygdrasil, a Journal of the Poetic Arts; the first literary journal ever to be published on the Internet. He has written plays, novels, and numerous volumes of poetry.
