Chen Anjian

Chen Anjian: (b.1959), from Chongqing. Oil Painter, professor at the Sichuan Fine Arts Academy and member of the China Fine Artists Association. He graduated in 1982 from the Sichuan Fine Arts Academy as part of the class of ’77, the first class to resume after all schools were closed down during the Cultural Revolution. His recent solo exhibition Transport Teahouse (2018) featured realist depictions of Chongqing residents in the historic Transport Teahouse.

Tang Changhu

Tang Changhu: (b.1944), in Dazhu, Sichuan. Style name, Zhi Li. Literary name, Mingyue Louzhu. Signature appellation, Huang Fu or Chang Fu. Member of the China Calligraphy Association, and Deputy Director of the Sichuan Calligraphy Association. His calligraphy works have appeared in Chinese and Overseas exhibitions. He has shown in Japan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, United States of America, and Hong Kong.

Zhu Gang

Zhu Gang: (b.1970), a member of the early Chengdu avantgarde performance art groups, 719 Artists Alliance, and Keepers of the Water. His artworks focus on environmental preservation and social issues. Recent works focus upon individual subjective experience and experimentation. Representative works include Crucial Inch, Cold Heart, and Book with No Words. He lives in Chengdu.
