Max Hjortsberg
is a poet living in Livingston, MT. He was born in 1974. He is the author of a chapbook of poetry, Bonnie & Clyde (An American Daydream). His poems have appeared in the anthologies Privacy Policy: The Anthology of Surveillance Poetics, and An Elk River Books Reader: Livingston and Billings Area Writers, as well as in Talking River, The Big Sky Journal, counterpunch.org, The Whitefish Review and Cirque Journal.

He has had work published in twenty-seven languages. Copper Canyon Press will release his latest book of poetry, Dead Man’s Float, this fall.

is a poet, satirist, social activist, and co-founder of the parody news syndicate, Yossarian Universal News Service (1980). His work has appeared in numerous publications since 1970, including The Wormwood Review, New York Quarterly, The Realist, Charlie Hebdo (Paris), Punch (London) and Krokodil (Moscow). He is the author of several books of poetry, including his latest The Hollywood Catechism (Silver Birch Press, 2015).
