Richard Wilson

Richard Wilson: has maintained a studio in Portland since 1980 after decades printing for artists and museums in NYC. He has spent the last five years developing a body of paintings rooted in his personal connection to water, memory, and perception. Drawing from his time on lakes, at sea, and along Casco Bay, these works blend realism and surrealism to explore layered worlds, shifting perspectives, and the quiet tension between what is seen and what is hidden.
