Anna Wrobel

is an historian, teacher, and poet.  She is a contributing writer in history and poetry for Jewish Currents journal.  Her poetry has appeared in journals including The Café Review and Lilith.  She took part in an art and poetry exhibit at UMaine-Augusta’s Holocaust Human Rights Center, The Dilemma of Memory, co-curated by Lee Sharkey.  Retired from full time teaching, she freelances in history teaching and writing, and co-hosts a monthly poetry series, Lowry’s Lodge at Continuum for Creativity in Westbrook.  Her first collection, Marengo Street, was published in 2012.
