David J. Rothman

is co–founder of the Crested Butte Music Festival ( www.crestedbuttemusicfestival.com,) Founding Editor and Publisher of Conundrum Press, and served for six years as Headmaster of Crested Butte Academy, an independent school in Colorado. His volumes of poetry include Dominion of Shadow, Beauty at Night, and The Elephant’s Chiropractor. His poems appear in recent issues of The Hudson Review, The Journal, Light, The Lyric, Measure, Tar River Poetry, and others. A New Volume of poems, Go Big, is forthcoming from Red Hen Press.
Oliver Rice

has received the Theodore Roethke Prize and twice been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. His poems have appeared widely in journals and anthologies in the United States, as well as in Canada, England, Austria, Turkey, and India. is the author of Psalms in Time, Finishing Line Press, 2008. She was the 2005 recipient of The Sara Henderson Hay Poetry Prize, given by The Pittsburgh Quarterly. Simon Pettet

is an English–born poet, long–time resident of New York’s Lower East Side. His newest title, Hearth, is available from Talisman House. He is also the author of two classic collaborations with photographer–filmmaker, Rudy Burckhardt, Conversations About Everything and Talking Pictures. He also compiled and edited The Selected Art Writings of James Schuyler for Black Sparrow. A limited edition, Abundant Treasures (poems accompanying hand–colored drawings by New York artist Duncan Hannah), was published by Granary Books.
