Yu Yoyo
Yu Yoyo: (b.1990), in Sichuan, China. She began writing poetry in 2004, at the age of 14. She has published volumes of poetry, including Seven Years, I am Bait, The Unable Person, Half a Person, Against the Body, My Tenantless Body, and A Cat is a Cloud. Her poems have been translated into English, Korean, Russian, French, Japanese, and Swedish. She lives now in Chengdu.
Zhai Yongming
Zhai Yongming: born in Chengdu, Sichuan. Graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, she used to work in an institute of physics. Her major works of poetry collections include Women, What is Called All, Finally It Makes Me Fail, Fourteen Plain Songs, Line Spacing, Following Huang Gong Wang, and Visiting Fuchun Mountains.
Xi Yongjun
Xi Yongjun: (b.1963), in Qionglai, Sichuan. He began composing poetry in 1980, soon being identified as a representative member of the school of contemporary Chinese poetry known as the Wholism school of poetry. His poetry has been published in dozens of publications, and has been translated into English, French, and Norwegian. He resides now in Chengdu, Sichuan.
Xiang Yixian
Xiang Yixian: (b.1963), poet and professor in the History and Culture Department at Sichuan University. Winner of the Education Bureau’s 8th Humanities and Society Prize, Natong International Confucianism Prize, Special Mention Award winner at the 1st National Search for Poets Prize, Tianduo (Heaven’s Bell) Prize winner, Chengdu Commercial Newspaper Annual Poetry Prize winner, and Li Po Cup Poetry Prize.
