Yang Li
Yang Li: (b.1962) in Chengdu. He began writing poetry in 1980, and is a representative writer of the Third Generation poetry movement. He grew active on the internet in 1980 and founded the Eraser Pioneer Literature Network. A proponent of Nonsense theory, he experiments with Nonsense poetry. He has written over ten books which include collections of poetry, short stories, and articles.
Jimu Langge
Jimu Langge: (b.1963), Yi ethnic nationality, began writing poetry in 1981. His work is representative of the Not-Not school of poetry, as well as the Third Generation poets. Collections of poetry include Quiet Revolver, Leopard in the Moonlight, Heaven Knows, and Stance. In 2016, he founded the Ten Poets Film and Television Media Company, Ltd., directing its first feature length film, The Borrower. He now lives in Chengdu.
Gao Jiangang
Gao Jiangang: poet and fiction writer from Qingdao, Shandong. Published in Harvest, People’s Literature, Chinese Writers, Modern Era, and Poetry. Books include Hanging Garden (poetry), and Watch (fiction). He’s a member of the Chinese writers Association, President of Qingdao Writer’s Association, and Editor in chief of Qingdao Literature.
Bai Hua
Bai Hua: (b.1956), is one of the most influential and prolific poets in contemporary China, and has received many prestigious literary prizes. A native of Chongqing, he is currently a professor in Southwest Jiaotong University in Chengdu, China. He has published nine books of poetry and hybrid texts, including the English translation Wind Says (Zephyr, 2013).
