Stephanie Borges

Stephanie Borges: (1984), is a Brazilian poet and translator. Her debut poetry collection, Talvez precisemos de um nome para isso (We Might Need a Name for That), won the IV Premio Cepe Nacional de Literature in 2019. Her poetry was included in the anthology As 29 poet as hoje (29 Women Poets Today) in 2021. She has translated prose and poetry from renowned authors such as bell hooks, Audre Lorde, Claudia Rankine, Margaret Atwood, and Alice Walker.
