Anna Halberstadt will introduce a two-volume anthology of contemporary Russian poetry in translation, which she edited as special issues of the magazine Café Review (published by Steve Luttrell). The first volume appeared in summer 2019 and the second is forthcoming in the summer of 2020. Poets and translators contributing the project will read their works in Russian and English. Professor Mark Lipovetsky (Slavic Department) will moderate the discussion and Q&A.
