Café Review 2026 Summer Issue

Our Summer 2026 Issue of The Café Review continues our mission of bringing Maine poetry to the world and introducing poetry from around the world to Maine.

This issue features an interview, Boycotting the Usual Function of Words: An Interview about the Poetic Play with Reed Bye conducted by Elizabeth Guthrie and poetry by Mia Aguilera, Reed Bye, Charles Cantalupo, Maxine Chemoff, Jenny Doughty, Michael Galko, Jessica George, Elizabeth Guthrie, Krista Luttrell, Yongbo Ma, Tom Montag, Mihku Paul, Anne Elezabeth Pluto, David Rams, Steven Rea, Edward Reilly, Nancy Sobanik, Richard Taylor, Ping Wang and Cecilia Woloch.

There are reviews of Richard Siken’s, I Do Know Some Things, by Jefferson Navicky and Albert Mobilio’s, Beginning of the Hollow, by Carl Little. Artists highlighted include Alan Bealy, JJ Cromer, Matthew Dennison, Charlie Hunter, Winky Lewis, Julia Lillard, Michelle McNeil-Brown and Meryl Troop.
