Gerður Kristný: is an Icelandic poet and author. In the past two decades, she has published nearly two dozen collections of poetry and short stories, novels, children’s books, and biographies. She’s received numerous notable awards for her works.

Elías Knörr: is a poet and translator of both Icelandic and Galician. His first projects in Icelandic developed under the personality of Elías Knörr, a pseudonym. His work was selected  for the 100th edition of the Poetry Review of the U.K. In Galicia, he’s received the Afundación Poetry Prize, 2014 for his book Bazar de Traidores (Bazaar of Traitors) under the pseudonym of Vaca Insepulta (Unsepultured Cow). His own work is based on the possibilities of words and the search for an inspiration as completely external to the author. He adapts in texts, images, and poetic concepts from other languages, among them and his own artificial language: Lwyma. He is a frequent collaborator at the UNESCO City of Literature in Reykjavík and under the personality of Michaël Drake (1441) he is part of Rauða Skáldahúsið (The Poetry Brothel Reykjavik).

Anton Helgi Jónsson: (b. 1955) is a poet and playwright. His awards include the Jón úr Vör Poetry Prize; he’s the only poet to have won it twice. He studied philosophy and literature at Stochholm University. He considers himself a true Bob Dylan aficionado, and is a married father of four.

Fríða Ísberg:  (b. 1992) is an Icelandic poet and reviewer. Her first collection of poems, Slitförin (e. The Stretch Marks), was released by Partus Press in October 2017. The collection was awarded the Icelandic Booksellers Choice Award for Poetry 2017, received the Grassroots Grant from the Icelandic Literature Center and was nominated for Fjöruverðlaunin, The Icelandic Women’s Literature Prize in 2018. She is a member of the Icelandic poetry collective Svikaskáld (The Imposter Poets) and writes occasionally for the Times Literary Supplement.
