Ronald J. Pelias

Ronald J. Pelias:  his work has appeared in a number of journals, including Midwest Poetry Review, Coal City Review, Poetry East, and Negative Capability. His most recent books exploring qualitative methods are Leaning: A Poetics of Personal Relations (2011), Performance: An Alphabet of Performative Writing (2014), and If the Truth Be Told: Accounts in Literary Forms (2016). He is also the author of the acclaimed, A Methodology of the Heart: Evoking Academic and Daily Life (2004). He is a professor of speech communication at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale.

Peter Manuel

Peter Manuel:  a longtime member of the Portland poetry scene, he has taught writing at Southern Maine Community College, and Portland Adult Ed. He graduated from the Stonecoast MFA Program in January 2005, and his chapbook. (!!)exclamations(!!) was published by Sheltering Pines Press in April of that year. In addition to writing verse, he enjoys writing libretti and book reviews.

Mare Leonard

Mare Leonard:  lives in an old school house overlooking the Rondout Creek in Kingston, NY. Away from her own personal blackboard, she teaches writing workshops for all ages through the Institute for Writing and Thinking and the MAT program at Bard College. Her best latest moments in the publication world: a poem in the Blue Collar Review and another in the two volume Vietnam publication from Perfume River.

Myke Leavitt

Myke Leavitt:  is a Maine poet, a former restaurant Chef /Owner, and an award winning advertising designer. He is working on Sangria Bloodshed, a collection of his poetry and artwork. His work appeared in Life on the Line, by Negative Capability Press and in the prison chapbook, I’m Only Going to Say This Once. His poems have also been published in The Café Review, Deviance: A Literary Journal, Literotica, Mannequin Envy, The Orphic Lute, Parting Gifts, Potato Eyes, Prophetic Voices, and Voices in Wartime, among others. He lives in Westbrook, Maine with his wife and a couple of unruly cats.
