Julie Poitras Santos
Julie Poitras Santos: her poetry and essays have appeared in La Fovea, The Wesleyan University Press blog, The New Guard’s Bang!, The Café Review, and The Chart. Also a visual artist, her interests include areas where visual art and language intersect. Her artwork has been exhibited widely in the US and abroad. She holds two MFAs, one in Visual Arts from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a second in Poetry from the Stonecoast Creative Writing program. She currently teaches in the MFA Program at Maine College of Art and lives in Portland, Maine.
Megan Grumbling
Megan Grumbling: her debut poetry collection, Booker’s Point, was awarded the Vassar Miller Prize and the Maine Book Award for Poetry. She is the reviews editor of The Café Review.
Alberto Zayden
Alberto Zayden: was born in Havana, Cuba. He is a writer of poetry, fiction, and theater. His play, The Cigarette Exchange, was produced at Synchronicity Space in Soho. He has written episodic fiction for two South Beach magazines and his poetry has appeared in Literary Magazines and been performed extensively throughout New York, alone and in collaborative presentations of various different genres. He has just finished a novel called, The Book of Masks and is working to get it published.
